Who is Max Homa?

Max Homa is an American professional golfer who plays his golf on the PGA Tour. He has won 6 times on the PGA Tour, including a strong start to 2023 when he won the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines.

Homa lost his PGA Tour card twice as a young pro and played the whole of 2017 season without finishing in the top 70 in any tournament. In 2018 he needed four straight birdies in the last round of the Korn Ferry Tour Regular Season finale just to keep his job!

Following this rocky period of his career, Homa has started to thrive. He is one of only five players to have won six or more tournaments since 2019. The others being McIlroy, Rahm, Cantlay and Justin Thomas.
